The nights are drawing in, so dark beer season. Another bostin pint from Salopian, as usual. Nice malty aroma with notes of chocolate & coffee. Creamy mouthfeel, obviously, with a nice chocolate start. Coffee bitterness leading to a nice roasted malt. Subtle citrus fruit tang to finish. Slight bitter aftertaste but enjoyable. Smooth and easy drinking session ale.
