The first in a continuing series brewed with one type of malt serving as the backdrop for one variety of hops. Imported from England, Optic Pale malt is an aromatic heirloom barley with a sweet cookie-like finish. Green Bullet hops from New Zealand bring a fresh, clean bitterness.
