Today was supposed to be mega amazing Pohjala tasting with proper Pohjala tasting glasses and everything, but the freaking pollen season sneaked in yesterday and I thought that my taste buds would be ruined, so postpone that until July or so when birches finally die. We'll go with random cellar stuff instead. Quite sour. 10/20 batch. Raspberry mango blended. Bit oaky, tiny hint of Bretta. Spritzy. Nice overripe mango at finish, but too sour. Tasted again, the leftovers after tasting. Quite load of Bretta now, with some sourness and fruitiness.
