Great beer this. My first taste of Polly and it won't be my last. If you love grapefruit and orangey dryness, this is for you. I love a DDH and this is a brilliant example of a quality one where they know what they're doing.

Aroma: Citrus, berries, passion fruit, pine, stone fruits. Smells fresh. Taste: Hoppy! Citrusy with quite a lot of lemon, but it’s fairly sweet. Berries, mango and some other stone fruits. Piney. Low bitterness. I really like this one! One of those better pale ales!

Fruité et herbacé mais aussi un peu fumé je trouve. Équilibré avec un léger hopburn plus qu'acceptable.

👃Au nez c’est fruité, ça semble doux et ça donne envie ! 👄 En bouche, c’est effectivement doux, floral et herbacé, l’amertume est légère mais se laisse ressentir, léger hopburn.
