So now I’m going anti-dark beer and grabbing a pils. For an American this is actually a pretty good version that has an even malt & hop side. Has a herbal & earthy hops side that is nice with just a touch of bitterness. Add in some sweet malt that is honey, corn and a touch bready. Overall just has a nice balance making a beer that you could drink all day. Finding a good American style is nice as many try to make them here. It’s just most don’t cut it. This one is worthy.
