Une de mes NEIPA préférée ! Elle est pour moi très équilibrée en terme de goût d'agrumes et d'amertume. Elle est ni trop discrète ni trop présente. Ici je la bois dans sa nouvelle itération à 6.5% et je trouve que ça lui va bien.

Flight 2/4. Fully turbid, yellow fruit-mashy beer maintains a frogspawny haze on the surface for a while. Very tropical scent: loads of mango and cantaloupe, a good amount of velvety cream, perhaps ice cream. Very nice! 💛💛 The tastebuds enjoy the more citrusy flavors, like grapefruit and lemon zest. Mango is much less prominent now, and accompanied by pineapple, oat flakes and a pinch of carambola. Very tasty although I would have welcomed even bigger tropical flavors on the tongue 💛 The body is light. Again, the body is not particularly impressive but goes. The finish is moderately crisp citrusy and dies fast. The mouthfeel is light, a bit tropical, light-crisp, juicy, slightly dry and crushable.

Bière jaune brumeuse, petite mousse et houblons très présents. Au nez, on sent des notes très fruitées et tropicales. Sous le palais, la bière est crémeuse, légère carbonisation et très houblonnée. L’amertume est moyenne, l’acidité légère et l’alcool moyen. La pêche, la passion sont présentes. En fin de bouche, on ressent une amertume verte. Au final, une très bonne bière.

Manque un peu de peps. Passebien bon goût de houblon.
