Extra in die FeWo vom Pott überführt zum IBD Fatbe: blutrot, trüb, leichte weißrote Schaumkrone Duft: Kirsche, Kirsche, Kirsche, leichte Belegkirsche, Likörnoten, leichte Zitrusnote Geschmack: im Antrunk sehr süß, mit wässrigem Mundgefühl, kurz nach dem Antrunk kommt bereits eine kräftige Säure, die aber angenehm bis zum Abgabg auf der Zunge verbleibt. Zur Mitte hin leichte Bitterkeit bei 14 IBU, leichte dezente Colanote mit kräftigem Kirschgeschmack, der zusammen mit einer leicht limettig/zitronigen Sauerkeit auf der Zunge verbleibt. Fazit: leckeres Experimental Bier mit fetter Kirschnote, die Cola fehlt mir etwas im Getränk. Brauch ich nicht nochmal, war aber ganz gut.

Bière de couleur rouge cerise, peu mousse et houblons peu présents. Au nez, la cerise est très présente. On ressent bien le coca et la vanille est plus subtile. En bouche, La bière est très pétillante, juicy et douce. L’acidité est forte, l’amertume est légère comme l’alcool. La cerise est bien présente. On ressent le coca et la vanille. Au final, une très bonne bière.

Belle robe, petite bonbon acidulé à la cerise, le coca ressort légèrement en fin de gorgée, de manière assez sèche. C'est assez aqueux, ça fait très soda

It doesn’t live up to the label and I detect none of the flavours. I also wouldn’t tag it as a sour.

It’s fine and perfectly drinkable but really not as exciting as it sounds

A nice sour but the cherry cola is a lot more subtle then I imagined and hoped for. Could be more sour as well
