Sweet aroma. Definitely getting some berries and maple syrup. Taste has maple syrup first, followed by honey, some berries and a floral note presumably from the elder flower. Full body with low carbonation (probably since it's 12+ years old). Quite delicious. 4.5/5 Side note: They had bottles of the Eccentric Ale from as far back as 2000 at the brewery, but anything prior to 2008 had tons of sediment, so I passed. Now I wish I'd snagged some.
