Bitter, citrus, resinous a little. Well balanced and complex, changes as it warms. Really interesting beer, lots of flavours, pinging and swirling around. Very good and different to what you'd expect from fruity, zesty hop forward Polly's.

Big pineapple, peach flavours with almost milkshake smooth mouthful and balanced peppery bitterness on the finish. Nice easy drink to start the weekend
