With my son-in-law from Texas having another collaboration on a beer that I have been saving for him. This is a Wicked Weed limited German chocolate cake stout. Almost no head, heavy deep brown color with almost no head. Strong aroma of coconut and dark chocolate. Medium texture. Powerful flavor. This flavor is of dark chocolate with strong coconut notes. No dankness that I can perceive. Bittersweet chocolate swims into the finish. Very smooth milk chocolate glides through the finish without any opposition. Uncharacteristically dry. Delightful beer, a dessert treat. Not an old over powering beer deserving of a five but definitely enjoyable.
