c'est d'abord le goût typique de la levure Belge que je sens avec des notes épicées. Puis c'est au tour du malt torréfié avec des aromes de cacao, caramel et de pain grillé. Sur le final, c'est plus fruité avec des aromes de pruneaux et de figue
