Barrel Aged Advent Calendar Day #14 (belated) Bottled in 2020 Coffee and bourbon in the aroma. Still smells wonderful after 4 years. Taste has bourbon first, followed by coffee. The coffee's definitely faded some, but it's still holding on. Beyond this, there's some hidden chocolate notes and oak that's primarily in the finish. The body is medium-full with a lower amount of carbonation. This one is always a winner, even when it's not at its peak. I haven't had the chance to acquire some of this year's, but I will. 4.5/5 This is a catch up night, so I'll be posting one more. Cheers!

Barrel Aged Advent Calendar Day #2 Bottled 11-10-2020 Coffee, followed by bourbon, coffee and oak. Taste has bourbon, coffee and oak. The coffee doesn't taste like black coffee. I believe they added something to sweeten it some, which is nice. Maybe some slight chocolate notes as well. The body is medium-full with an appropriately low amount of carbonation. This is always an absolute treat and I can't wait to try this year's version. They skipped it last year, so I'm ready. 4.75/5
