Texas Winter IPA
Available December - February
An American IPA brewed with Texas grapefruit, this beer features tropical and citrus notes from Galaxy, Columbus, Simcoe, and Cascade hops. A mild caramel sweetness in the malt body provides balance, but lets the hops shine.

Having this beer from an outstanding Texas brewery with my son-in-law via Duo. Saint Arnold is an outstanding Houston brewery.
Has a very frothy and dick thick orange head it is lasting. Strong citrus aroma. Flavor is intense pink grapefruit. Bitterness level of grapefruit but not overdone. Grapefruit flavor continues straight through the finish in a very smooth and satisfying manner. Absolutely one of the best IPAs I have ever enjoyed.

This brew was a gift from my son-in-law, from a great Texas Saint Arnold Brewery. Watching him pour the beer on Duo while he is in Galveston celebrating a Buccaneer win.
Pours with a frothy slightly orange head. Deep yellow and just lightly hazy. Strong grapefruit aroma. Medium body with a moderately strong bitter beginning. Flavor is of pink grapefruit and nothing else. Same straight through the finish. Not a complex beer, simple and delicious.
I don't normally like bitter IPAs but this hits just right.
