The 1913 traditional is a light golden ale with subtle layers of biscuit malt and delicate German hops. Close to a kolsch, close to a cream ale but absolutely refreshing. The 1913 is named after our famed building originally constructed by the old Galt Knife Company built in 1913. The beer is designed to replicate what would have been consumed by thirsty farmhands wanting something to quench their thirst.
