Une chouette bière bien goutue ! À tester sans hésiter

Decent Blond with a big, fine, persistent and bright white head that sticks to the glass. The aroma has some fruity sourness in it, while also being slightly sweet. I taste some green apple and get a hint of banana, with some distant, non descript spice. COB is on to something with this beer, but the very fine, yet abundant carbonation overtakes from time to time.
