We took our all-citra hopped Ripe IPA recipe and dialed it back for a nice, light, baby abv at 4.2%. This little cutie is still only for adult consumption.

FOAM: Loud and fast. Pops in half a finger tall.
GREY’S VIEW
Citra hopped NEIPA.
Baby sized NEIPA. Taste has lemon juice, good amount of gooseberry, midsummer grassyness and clean feel of minerals. Mouthfeel is light and speedy. Bubbles stays small, but they’re lively and bouncy, staying soft enough. Aftertaste has some fresh pineapple to go with gooseberries and grainy end.
OTHER NOTES:
Nice little single hop NEIPA. Easy and clean.
