X Long Live Beerworks BEER STYLE: Quintuple IPA COUNTRY: USA ALCOHOL (ABV): 12.5% COLOUR (EBC): Orange Juice Yellow (15.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - SCENT: Soft in fruits, bit hollow like. FOAM: One finger tall, creamy, white head with tiny bubbles and thick lacing. GREY’S VIEW Quintuple IPA with Strata & Galaxy hops. First punch is nice one. It has strong sherbet and fruit purée vibes in this. Texture is orange sherbety, grainy, bound to a midlevel body with short and easy carbonation. Triple dry hopping suits this well, only slight sensation of dryeness in the cheeks. I taste orange sherbet, snappingly fresh lemonpie and pineapple-mango mash. It’s easy to enjoy this, although the ABV. This warms up really deep starting from the lungs, which feels weird because the tropic stuff in this. OTHER NOTES: Quintuple IPA. Sure why not. POST SCRIPTUM: While searching for info about Quintuple IPA, I learned that some are using a name: ”California Wine” or/and ”California Barley Wine” instead of Quintuple IPA. I would go with the ”California Wine”, after Quadruple IPA. Also the limits of ABV’s should be set even clearer in to help out with the style decisions. CANNED 6/11/2020 TASTED 28/1/2021

Vendredi 20h30. Wooooooow quadruple ipa quoi 12.5° honnêtement on ne les sent vraiment pas du tout c'est juste incroyable. Je suis complètement sous le charme, j'espère que tous mes collègues auront la chance de boire un jour cette bière. (Elle va admirablement bien avec des crêpes d'ailleurs) Le beau-frère qui régale toujours au plus haut point 🥰
