Traditional. Czech. Pilsner. Old-school brewing process with double decoction, long cold lagering and only the best local ingredients: floor pilsner malt from Mr. Klusáček's Kounice malt house and Saaz hops. All this to get a full malty body, refined noble hop aroma, and pleasant crispy bitterness that makes you look forward to another sip.

Cool looking can with a nice smooth pour, golden yellow body that is semi transparent and semi fluorescent too. Two fingers of foamy white head and while it didn't last, it did keep a small but firm presence afterwards.
Scent is malty, lots of bread, some salty cracker and a little sweet biscuit at the end.
Mouthfeel is only faintly crisp at the beginning but them becomes smooth and foamy with the medium body really coming into itself.
Taste is sweet biscuit and bread malt in equal measure, very doughy for a second then the soft sweetness rolls in. Very mild citrus hop profile can be found before bitter pale malts roll in.
A punchy pilsner that is full of flavour without being too harsh.

Olut on väriltään oljenkeltainen ja vaahtoa kertyi reilu kolme sormellista.
Tuoksu on maltainen, ruohoinen.
Maku on maltainen sekä yrttinen.
Rapsakkaa bitteriä jälkimaussa.
