Fairly flat pour leaving a black body with plenty of carbonation but virtually no head. Scent is mellow chocolate with nutty finish. Mouthfeel is a little thin, with the light carbonation at the end. Taste is milky at first, then the nutty chocolate gushes in. The chilli burn creeps in afterwards and leaves a nice hot aftertaste, which lingers for just the right amount of time. This stout certainly delivered on what it promised, but there is something lacking.
