Beer amidst renovation 🔨📐🪚 A Saison in the middle of the winter? Well. Whatever. Spring is soon here. Or not. Looks like the label has a new style. This one appeals to my eyes better. The beer itself shows a semifoggy, dark straw hue. Carbonation is abrupt and settles down hastily. The head reaches two fingers and calms down as fast as the carbonation to a hair-thin lace ring. Looks erratic and billowy. The nose receives loads of sea-buckthorn and orange peel. Wow, attractive! As if also floral. A bit of lemon zest can be added to the list. Wheat malt is refreshing in the basement. The palate gives beautiful sour sea-buckthorn juice in generous bowls. Orange peel and lemon pulp are still mesmerizing my senses. The grainbill surely contains wheat, that goes without any doubt. Really refreshing! The body is light. The end curve is moderately sour with copious sea-buckthorn while the other elements decline in intensity. Except fresh wheat. So I cut the bullshit, pump the music, make you feel alright; this is the time this is the city now let's have some fun; we got the guns, they got the numbers so wassup in Miami Vice! The mouthfeel is light, truly refreshing, spring-like but also summery. This is marginally sour but I wouldn't call the sensation 'tart'. It's sour juicy, slightly dry. Very tasty Saison. This style can oftentimes be stuffy but this beer is completely the opposite. 💛💛

Raikas ja kukkainen, jotenkin ei kuitenkaan ihan lähde.

Hanasta. Oikein kirpsakka saison, poikkeaa massasta, mutta ei lähtenyt tällä kertaa.

Olut on väriltään oljenkeltainen ja vaahdoton. Tuoksu päärynäinen, saison hiivainen, kukkainen, yrttinen. Maku on raikkaan kirpsakka, päärynä, yrttinen. Kyllä tämänkin saisoniksi tunnistaan. Erittäin raikas ja paremmin toimisi lämpimänä kesäpäivänä.
