8.9% New England DIPA / Hazy Imperial IPA
Hazy DIPA w/Citra, Southern Cross & Riwaka. Layered with old fashioned oats and raw white wheat in the mash, we hit this one on the dry hop with a super dope blend of New Zealand and Pacific Northwest hops. The beer has an awesome fruit character that comes across super juicy, with lots of honeydew, a bit of orange creamsicle, and even a squeeze of Sauv Blanc.

SCENT: I get pineapple and lemons. Spicy stuff.
FOAM: Two and a half finger tall. Lasts a good while. Leaves a nice lacing.

Citra, Southern Cross & Riwaka hopped NEDIPA.
Oomph, the mouthfeel is so adorable! Soft like those slowly floating clouds in the most peaceful summer sky.
Flavors seems to be intresting. I get some herbs (lemon balm, peeled citron and something more greener). Also dried fresh pineapple peel, light lemon juice and grassyness are all well present. Ha! It’s lovely! Mouthfeel is all the way hazy and oaty. Semi light and easy, but the complexity on the flavors are clearly the thing in this one. Bubbles are plentifull, but easy all the way. Aftertaste has that certain type of desert flower feel to it; dry and full of life at the same time. Lovely and adorable.
OTHER NOTES:
This has good level of personality in it. Definitely a worth of trying to anyone who likes to try different flavors.
