Brewed with Canadian wheat and 2-row barley, coriander and orange peel. Our witbier is a very refreshing beer during hot summer days, some enjoy it with an orange slice. Lightly hopped to leave space for the coriander and orange peel, it offers a mild aftertaste that keeps you coming back for more! Wheat protein and yeast in suspension creates the white fog effect. History capsule: This beer style is over 400 years old! Aroma Moderate sweetness with light, grainy, spicy wheat aromatics. Moderate coriander aroma with zesty, citrus fruit in the background Flavour Pleasant sweetness with an orange/citrus fruitiness. Refreshingly crisp with a tart finish. Coriander flavour is light and well balanced, hop flavours only contributes to the bitterness (14 IBU) and does not interfere with the orange and coriander flavours. The base malt is equal parts Gambrinus Wheat Malt & Pale Malt and it is complimented with Wheat flakes, semi-sweet orange peel and coriander. Mouthfeel Medium body with a moderate-high carbonation. Refreshing with a light acidity.
