Quite clear for a witbier in my experience
Very yeasty aroma with big scents of grapefruit and pine. Some very minor hints of clove banana and possibly bubblegum.
A very spicy flavour, with definite pine notes that linger throughout the flavour profile. Also cardamom and citrus okay big roles. I dig it. Way to go Category 12. Another win.
