My Very Own Mole (pronounced mo-leh) is an imperial stout with chilis, cocoa nibs, cinnamon, pecans, vanilla beans, benne seeds, & hoja santa. This stout is an exploration into the complex world of culinary-influenced ingredients, specifically with the desire to recreate the native Mexican dish Mole.
