So kann der Silvesterabend 22/23 beginnen: Ein super leckeres Sour IPA als Aperitif. Das Etikett hat die Farbe wie das Bier (oder umgekehrt). Neben Gerstenmalz, Hafer, Weizen und Hopfen sind auch schwarze Johannisbeere, Blaubeere, Limette und Oolang Tee (direkt übersetzt „Schwarzer Drache“ - eine besondere Sorte zwischen Grünem und Schwarzem Tee) im Bier. Aus Salford (UK) stammt dieses 8 vol% starke Sour (das bemerkt man zu keinem Zeitpunkt). Es war sehr lecker und hatte eine tolle Fruchtigkeit. Hat auch die Nicht-Bier-Trinker überzeugt.
