Tyrannosaurus Gruit is a red gruit ale made with beets and hibiscus flowers. Organic juniper berries and spruce tips and add in an enjoyable element of woodsiness and conifer resins. Tyrannosaurus Gruit pours brilliantly clear with a red cranberry colour. Aromas of beets and berries give way to subtle spruce. The flavour reflects beet flavour with resinous, peppery spruce notes. A hint of juniper follows. The finish is bright and crisp.
