Traditionally, the Saison/Farmhouse Ale style was brewed in the winter months, and consumed during the summer by farmhouse workers. This brew features a dominant yeast profile reminiscent of spice, earth and pepper, with rustic flavors of wheat. Hopped with the Amarillo Hop.
