SCENT: A bit something newish to me. Freshly picked gooseberries, passionfruit and floral notes. A sense of mish mash.
FOAM: Ok, this has a big one. Fluffy and big bubbled stuff. Slowly descenting, leaving large sized lacing behind it.
GREY’S VIEW
Citra, Callista & BRU-1 hopped NETIPA.
Oomph indeed! It’s so candy like! Makes me almost laugh! Flavors presents old school candy, strawberry cotton candy and just a mild touch of red berries. It’s so candy like and easy. Mouthfeel is pillowy, cotton candy like. The carbonation is entirely soft and pretty much nonexistent. Ha! There’s next to none dryhopping either to make any curve to this, so it really is a canned softiness. Aftertaste has some gooseberry, mild breadines and lip stickying sugary feel; strawberry keeping the steeringwheel till the end.
OTHER NOTES:
Funny and a bit weird brew. Perfect to me. That Callista hop is perfectly used in this one and overall feel in this is clearly thoughtful.
