Cebula a 5.3% Mango and Caramelised Onion Pale Ale. Dry hopped with over 30kg of Azacca and Olicana hops as well as over 30kg of fresh Mangoes and Mango Puree. 5.5 hour slow cooked caramelised onions add a subtle sticky toffee and caramel note in the background.

Couldn’t imagine how mango and caramelised onions tasted in beer form, now I know, and it’s a massive yes from me. Just wow, one of the nicest, weirdest drinks I’ve had. Game changer!
