It pours a slightly hazy, golden colour with no head. Aroma is sharp with apples. Flavour is crisp and sharp with apple, but something at the end that shows it has been aged nicely. Substantially dry in the mouth. I prefer sweet to medium dry ciders but this is pleasant.
