Snowblind Belgian IPA, Canada
4.0
Showing aromas of pine, mango, a little citrus, gin, and pepper. There is quite a bit of a boozy scent. Also included are a bit of caramel and breadiness. This hazy copper orange beauty builds a quick lived white head which becomes just a nice layer that rides throughout. This beer is substantial. Big semi sweet, slightly syrupy, boozy taste. The hops add pine, mango, and citrus as well as some bitterness. There are some very nice malt flavours but they can be a bit hard to pull out of the hops. A very nice peppery spiciness as it warms adds even more levels of goodness. It's exactly what it claims to be. A Belgian IPA. Yyyyuuummy.
