Sinister Minister is our unfiltered and aggressively hopped IPA. Vibrant and perfectly balanced, pouring a rustic orange colour with an exclusive malty backbone. We dry hop to finish, intensifying the dynamic citrus, floral and stone fruit notes with resinous pine.

Touting itself as aggressively hopped, this beer is trying to hide nothing. It is unfiltered and ripe with the overpowering smell of hops. Its like someone just put all the ingredients in front of you and said "there, drink it, you wanted an f'n beer, drink it". Again, I'm not an IPA guy, but more a sucker for a good named beer. If I had to choose though, i would say this is one of my favorite IPA's. I appreciate the forwardness, I can appreciate what they are trying to do. Now go buy one of these f'n beers and support the crew at Brimstone Brewing.
