Tuoksussa kypsiä trooppisia hedelmiä ja sokeria. Suutuntuma keskihiilihappoinen, runsas, täyteläinen, jyty, ryhdikäs ja pehmeä. Maussa makeutta, sitrusta, greippiä, rypäleitä, ruohoa ja humalapellettejä. Joo on nämä tipat kyllä haastavia. Pitää osua niin hyvin maaliin että toimisivat hyvin minulle. Monesti ovat liian jytyjä. Tämäkin...

Nightcap. Canned on 23.9.2020 Temperature: +10 C Damn, how about the looks of this beer. Yellow-Orange, Hazy beer with an astonishing and long-lasting creamy thick head. This looks brilliant! 4,75/5 The nose is strong but mostly grapefruit and orange peel. Behind that hefty dose of citrus is a grassy/herbal aroma. Some mild, sweet tropical undertones can be found if you'll sniff very hard. The intensity is definitely on the TIPA level but the overall aroma is not the best or the most intriguing: 4/5 Mouthfeel is medium, alcohol is almost completely hidden. I'd like more aggressive bitterness as of now it feels too light. Surprisingly slick beer for the one this size: 3,75/5 Taste is also citrus heavy with some herbal and grape tones. Clean malty flavor flashes somewhere in the middle before the hop flavors retake control. Unfortunately, this is easily forgettable as there's nothing really great or unique in the flavor and to be fair, the flavor eventually is quite dull: 10,25/15 Sadly, this didn't live up to expectations. Both North and Deya brew such awesome hoppy beers, I expected this to be a banger. But it's not. Annoyingly grapefruity with strong fruit peel flavor and aroma just don't work, at least not for me: 13/20 =35,75/50
