Something Good is a rotating IPA series where we explore new ingredients, techniques and processes with the hope of hitting on something good... enjoy! For the ninth iteration of our Something Good series we explore a heritage malt as the base for this beer. The Chevalier malt provides a rich, biscuity backbone with Simcoe Cryo and Ekuanot Cryo hops bringing a tropical, citrus and pine goodness. Something Good 9 is a rich, fruit forward, soft IPA.
