Mousse éphémère. Robe hazy assez sombre. Nez bien tropical avec l'acidité en arrière plan. Très légère carbonatation. Pas d'amertume flagrante. De bon arômes passion qui supplantent un peu l'acidité, c'est très agréable cette acidité pas omniprésente. Très bel équilibre, recommande fortement.
