This Rumble in the Alley: round 1 was a collaboration brew with our friends at Boxing Rock Brewing Co, This IPL is a twist on two beer styles. Hopped up like an IPA but fermented cool with a lager yeast, it's a clean beer that has a hobby bite. In addition, this beer is an example of a S.M.A.S.H. meaning that only a single malt and single hop were used.
