Für ein alkoholfreies Bier ganz lecker, die blonde Version schmeckt mir persönlich aber besser :-)

A classic but no alcohol. Fine. Let's try it.
The appearance is lucid, dark chestnut brown. The head is not particularly bold, off-white and creamy as for the texture. Soon the surface witnesses a thin lace ring only.
The scent is quite moderate: molasses, toasted dark bread and a drop of bitter syrup. Pleasant although weak.
The tongue receives toasted brown bread, bitter syrup, faint molasses and a spicy note. As if caraway. Nice, enjoyable.
The body is light. The finish is a couple of degrees more bitter than the actual taste but the components remain unchanged. Or maybe the spicy caraway isn't present anymore.
The mouthfeel is light, smooth, spiced and drying. Very pleasant. Works nicely as a sipper but would probably also work with a meal.

Je smaakt dat bruin is, maar ook dat er geen alcohol in zit 🍻
