Un nez assez puissant et épicé, en bouche on retrouve bien le caramel sur l'attaque puis un final bien cookie. Une belle longueur et la rondeur est bien équilibrée.

Todella, todella suolatoffea! Totta kai maussa löytyy myös bourbonia.

Fresh BA pastry from Lervig. Canned 20/08/20. Scent has salted caramel and spicy, cinnamon/apple flavour. Perhaps a tad of bourbon there too. Cinnamon apple could also come from bourbon itself. The taste! How good. Salted caramel, chocolate, cookies, lot of apple/cinnamon bourbon, warming licorice, bit salt, vanilla pods, syrup. Bourbon and caramel at finish with a bit of burn. Distinct cookie dough flavour (Ben & Jerry's experience) lingers in the mouth. Body is velvety, smooth, full, quite thick. Fluffy and oily. Bit sharp at the end. Sticky for sure. Didn't have too much expectations for this but sure surprised me. Solid, full flavour and body. Barrel tastes (assuming that it is bourbon, most likely it is but it isn't mentioned). Very enjoyable and goes down very rapidly.
