Ohhhhh, a new (to me) pilsner. Pouring a slightly cloudy straw colour, it builds a thick poached egg white fluffy head that lingers and leaves a good amount of ropey sticky lacing. I'm loving the nose on this beer with its enchanting floral and spicy hops aromas, and light crackery malt nestled into the bouquet. The tongue is treated to some interesting blends of flavour. A light but zest lemon citrus served on a crisp cracker with flower petal garnish. The medium light body starts off with a tiny bit of sweetness but finishes crisp and dry. There is a slightly dry bitter aftertaste that is fairly strong but still pleasant. Very nice. Would have been 5 star but the aftertaste lingers ever so slightly too long and is just a micron too bitter.
