Mainio siideri. Omenainen, hieman makea ja hunajainen.

Oikein hyvä maalaissiideri… :)

The label warns that this is a sweet cider. Not my best friend. We'll see. Anyway, the color is transparent amber. Fizzy carbonation unlocks a brilliant white, dense head that well exceeds one finger. Bubbly retention is really long. A neat lace ring wafts on the surface for quite some time. Sweet apple is dominant in the fragrance. I can't actually pick anything else but I'm associating the sweetness with pear, which is obviously a wrong conclusion. The tongue likes what it receives: hefty apple nectar whose sweetness is controlled. Nothing excessive. Having read the list of ingredients, I'm looking for honey but I fail. Can't find it. The finish is identical to the main taste experience. The mouthfeel is light, very juicy, marginally lip-glueing and truly summery. After a while, I get a moderate drying sensation on the gums. Like I said, sweet ciders are not my cup of tea but this is appealing in its own category.

Vahvan tuhti, mutta silti pehmeä maku. Hieman liian imelän makea omaan suuhun, mutta muuten ihan jees.

Lempeää hunajaisuutta jälkimaussa oivassa siiderissä.
