TS Pilsner
5.2% Pilsner
A pale golden lager with a light body and clean finish. Twin Sails Pilsner is brewed with 100% German pilsner malt; and has a pleasant light grain profile with a crisp finish. Our Pilsner is generously hopped with a combination of German Hallertau and Czech Saaz hops, giving it a mild spice flavour that adds to its drinkability

TS Pilsner, Canada
5.0
Today is hot. So hot that I skipped fishing and went straight to beer drinking. I had shared a preliminary early sample of the Hefeweizen I brewed with my father, and it was very good. Proper review expected next weekend. But for now,.... As you may or may not known or care, I really dig a well made pilsner, and was quirlte pleased to find a new to me pilsner from a brewery I like. Don't let me down twin sails🤞🙏. It's quite an attractive beer but wouldn't win any pageants. A lightly hazy straw gold with a bright white thin foamy head bubbles happily away waiting for me to get to work on it. Closing my eyes against the savage but welcome sun, I inhale deep and slowly. My nose reveals in a lightly malty grain and bread aroma with the promise of noble hops to balance. So far so good although I do like my pilsners a little more noble and a little less grainy. Then u have to switch to another chair or risk sunburn which in my opinion can distract from fully enjoying this beer. The foam layer is still thin but strong as ever and pleasing for me to break through and let the beer beneath escape. I shall oblige. ............ Yes I take a few moments there to bask in the delicious way TS had blended these wonderful ingredients. The noble hops shake free their shyness and begin to show their strength holding back and restraining the grainy malt perfectly. A gently floral and spicy hops taste accentuates the light maltiness. Remaining fairly light and crisp it also shows of a rich flavour and a bit more than light body. Not heavy but not ethereal either. Very good. Up in my tops list I think. Well done Twin Sails, well done. Take a bow. 👏👏👏 🤘😁🤘 🍻
