Yday company remote little Xmas party. Christmas dinner accompanier.

Random US brewery x Mikkeller Baghaven. A German pilsner, to top it off. And canned on 06/19 😮 Scent has malt, grassy hoppiness, with a slight fresh, keller-like (but fresh) aroma. I wouldn't say spontan, but something earthy there. Taste has malts, earthiness (fresh, again), white grapes, something that leaves a nice sting on the lower part of tongue. Certain hop flavour that isn't very common in IPAs but with craft pils or keller it is. Body is thick for a pils and nicely balanced with carbonation. I have a hard time describing the flavours here, but I sure like what I'm having! What a mystical, magical beer. Haven't had this rough time thinking about the flavours in a long while. I'd like to know what makes me like a pilsner like this so much!
