Tuoksu on suolainen ja aavistuksen sitruunainen. Maku on voimakkaan suolainen ja hapan. Maku laimenee melko äkkiä, mutta saattaa johtua myös hanatarjoilusta. Ihan kiva Gose, muttei mitään mullistavaa.
