Le nez est complexe, étonnamment épicé. Au goût, il y a du malt en abondance, mais ce n’est pas dérangeant, un miel très léger, des fruits secs. C’est avantageusement très peu sucré. L’amertume est présente dès le début de la dégustation et la finale est très désaltérante. Quoi qu’il en soit, c’est une très bonne ambrée du village voisin (et je le dis sans patriotisme). ENGLISH : The nose is complex, surprisingly spicy. The taste has a lot of malt, but it is not disturbing, a very light honey, dried fruits. It is positively not very sweet. The bitterness is there from the beginning of the tasting and the finish is very thirst-quenching. Anyway, it is a very good amber from the nearby village (and I say this without being patriotic).
