Strong with wheat and somewhat corn, florals and gardens feel. Wild stuff with the strongest spirit. FOAM: Noisy, two finger hight, off white colored and fast going. Damn! GREY’S VIEW Wheat wine aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 11 months. Oomph and god dammit! The first bite is god damn hard to me! Thick, slow, piled up with molasses and strong with wheat. Oomph indeed! So, it is a slow sipper to me. Flavors presents strong dry wheat, dry wheat bread, dark rye bread and solid amount of dried herbs. Mouthfeel is sticky and slow, challenging. Carbonation is delightfully complex enough to the profile on this one. Mouthfeel stays light entire the way. Aftertaste is dry bready, slightly dry rye bready, herbal and somewhat dry wild floral.
