Kirkas ja kuulas väri. Tuoksu ei ole kovin voimakas. Maistuu makealle ja kypsälle omenalle. Ilmeisesti tässä on käytetty useita eri omenalajikkeita, mutta minun makuuni saisi olla happamampi ja runsaampi maku.
