Lovely single hopped ale

Brilliant find in a beach side pub in South Wales

Couldn’t pronounce the name but apparently it’s the Welsh name for a cormorant meaning Billy The Ducker. This is one of those case where less is more. A simple single hop beer and it was flavoursome and refreshing

Quite a nice cask conditioned pale ale with a distinctive yeastiness about it. Lots of flavours going on from grapefruit to tropical fruits and hints of pine as well as a slight breast backbone.
