Awarded a Gold Medal in the 2004 Canadian Beer Awards, a gold medal in the U.S. Open in Atlanta, Georgia in 2011, also Silver in the 2000 Canadian Beer Awards. Brewed in the Belgium country style, which means it is not as harsh on the back of the throat as a Pilsner beer. It is a little fuller in flavour and colour than average Canadian beers. Using pure natural spring water, New Zealand hops and Canadian malts. This combination gives it a clean, fresh mouth feel, smooth and very creamy. A perfect partner with chicken, pork, fish or spicy foods.
