
It's dark and cold out and what goes better with the dark and cold than a dark, cold porter? This is a lighter take on our Little Barasway Farmhouse Porter and is brewed using chocolate malt and Brettanomyces Lambicus. It's light bodied but sweet, roasty, and chocolaty with a hint of burnt toffee and dried red fruits on the finish. It has a long dark chocolate finish and a touch of pepper and spicy from the saison yeast found in this Escarpment Labs custom blend.
