This is truly a labour of love and has taken years to perfect. Our answer to a sour beer, we blend together a soured mead with a sweeter mead to get the perfect juxtaposition of flavours, a bit like a lambic-style.
Our Sour has complex layers of flavour with a puckering sourness and honey notes. It is moreish and well balanced.

330ml can; pours a medium pale straw, white mousse, generous sparkle; in the nose floral and fresh, notes of apple and lemon mingle with honey sweetness; in the mouth tart and sweet - green apple skins, lemon and orange zest and generous honey layers - orange blossom and wild flower meadow, beautifully balanced - tart and earthy, sweet and floral; medium bodied, short finish, lingering earthy sour aftertaste
